Storage volume/ actions.

When I insert a usb stick in the system responds to it and brings up the device notifier with three possible actions.
but when I click open with file manager I get the error Malformed URL. if I click on it two or three time the file manager will finally come up.
anyone have clue as to why it throws the error the first time clicked? Or is it a bug that needs to be reported?

Thanks acheron, it's very similar, But think I'll add a bug report and at least add to the info for the KDE people.
