    [SOLVED] firefox on bionic inoperable

I have installed Bionic Beaver on a QEMU-VMM using btrfs. For some reason, Firefox is all but inoperable. It is so slow and hangs up tags without letting me read anything. Eventually I have to manually shut down the machine to get it to work. I have a pretty fast internet connection, so that's not the problem. It has worked all right before. Any explanations?

I pushed it up to 2.4 Gig and that helped. How much RAM can I give to the VM? Overall I have 6 Gigs.
