Clipboard is saving parts of data, and any data randomly. I can delete them one by one, but I can't find a way to delete all in one shot.

Clipboard problems in Kubuntu 18.04 dev

One way is to right-click on the Clipboard icon and select Configure Clipboard. Under General, uncheck Save clipboard contents on exit and Prevent empty clipboard.Windows no longer obstructs my view.

In the same interface Snowhog mentions, there's a Shortcuts tab. In that, you can set a keyboard shortcut to clear the clipboard contents. I don't know about using the mouse.Kubuntu 20.04
