What's the easiest way to disable bluetooth by default?

I basically never use bluetooth. It just eats my battery. I may use it once per year or something just to remind myself why I never use it.

Is there a way to disable it by default in the GUI?

Hey I figured it out! About 2 seconds after I made that OP.

You right click on the bluetooth symbol in the task bar then click on `Configure Bluetooth`

Then you choose the `Adapters` menu and uncheck `Powered`
