[SOLVED] Where do I choose keyboard layout?

Okay. I feel stupid asking this (having used Plasma since 5.0) but I can't for the life of me figure out where to change the keyboard layout!?!

For instance, changing from English to German to French to International.

I can't find it in settings under [Input Devices] and I've looked under Accessibility and Regional Settings. Am I just stupid or did this setting vanish?

Am using:

KDE Plasma 5.12.5 | Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

EDIT: Nevermind. I found it. Have to click on configure layouts to see. Not exactly "discoverable" in my opinion, but now I know.
