In the absence of more specific info about your error, I would suspect Kubuntu has been corrupted. Your triple boot suggests to me that you could reinstall without too much drama.

Was the Kubuntu 18.04 an upgrade from 17.10? Or from a beta release?

At least two of us here had 17.10 fail recently, and a reinstall was our solution. (Though I now regret not trying a restore from a backup.)

yes, it was upgrade from kubuntu 17.10 wich fine function, no fail in 17.10 or may be just waiting for another kernel to upgrade, if no luck i will reinstall but i think i try another kernel
