How can I find how many Herz my screen has please?
I would like to have the highest frequency as possible.

See System Settings > Display and Monitor > Display Configuration. Under Refresh rate.
It's probably already set to the best your video card/monitor combination can achieve.

the xrandr command will show it.
Screens usually run at one rate, and the manufacturer's documentation should also provide this, if you want to verify that it is correct.


Here is a snippet using my laptop as an example

The numbers show the available refresh rates for each resolution, with a '+' indicating the preferred rate, and the '*" indicating which one is in use. My screen is set to 60.01, which is also the preferred.

Well, Display Configuration is under Display and Monitor, under System Settings :·)
In that, Refresh rate...

In Plasma 5.12 as used in Kubuntu 18.04, it is somewhat hidden in System Settings
under the Advanced section in the Display and Monitor section
