Upgrade stuck at libfreexl1

Hello,

Upgrading stops at one file then aborts. I changed the mirror to main Ubuntu repos but the result is similar. Also there was no option to change the protocol to other than http since some similar issues suggest changing it to ftp.

Did other packages successfully download from the universe repo or was that package the first?
