What are the safe to remove pre-installed applications?

What are the pre-installed applications safe to remove? Like the apps on the Development category: 'Qt 5 Assistant', 'designer', 'Monodoc' and 'linguistic' apps. The 'Kwalletmanager' app, some apps on the 'PIM setting exporter' or the 'Sieve editor' apps? I don't know if some of those apps are dependent of one another.

Basically...if you tick things to "uninstall" and then hit 'apply"...and there are a LOT OF THINGS...that it seems that one is pulling out an Ent by root and stem...then...maybe...

go back and UNtick things that were ...

BY THE WRITTEN WORD... connected to the "UNinstall" then ...maybe write those down on a slip of paper and try again...

meaning...just WHAT IS IT...that you are trying to UNinstall...if there are a bunch of "root nerves" that are going to be UNinsttalled than maybe...no...

BUT...if you UNinstall a LOT of "KDE stuff" you will get plain vanilla Ubuntu... it will probably still work...

I have had a lot of "jousts" with people...the posts are buried down with Matilda...

that "Kubuntu" is "just" Ubuntu with KDE "tacked on"...

      I aver.

      but anyway...

      use synaptic...synaptic is your friend...

If synaptic say that your are tearing out Ents by root and stem...then...maybe...

get some pruning shears an work on some branches..lol
