mouse pointer bacground error

I have an annoying problem with mouse pointer and its background .



Any ideas how to solve that?

Look like you have "Magnifier" or "Looking Glass" or some other desktop effect enabled.

I have the same problem. I am waiting for sddm to update. Meanwhile, the work-around is this:
At the login screen hit ctrl + Alt + F2 and in that terminal login. Then issue
sudo systemctl restart sddm
That will bring the login screen up again.
Log in normally.

Do you know when is the next sddm update scheduled?
