K3B Misbehaving attempting DVD backups.

Yes, I saw that yesterday as was going to take a look.

Oddly stated in that they want distros to apply that patch, but I see no such request sent via the normal lists, and the commit is in the master branch of k3b and not even applied to the stable branch for apps 17.04 fixes.

Try Handbrake. After a few attempts and some fiddling with it, you'll get it right and it makes great DVD backups.
