KDE Plasma upgrades

Hi everyone, thanks for this fantastic distro. I only have one question: will the desktop be updated to the latest versions of KDE Plasma?

We are hoping that Plasma 5.9.5 for Zesty 17.04 will be available via an SRU (Stable Release Update) in the main ubuntu archive.

Doing that in the main archive as an official 'update' rather than in a ppa takes a bit longer as ubuntu requires that spends about a week in the 'proposed' updates pocket for testing. So would anticipate a week or 2 for that..

We want to try to get 5.9.5 in the main archive for this update, so everyone can benefit, rather than just put it in a ppa that only a fraction of people might think to enable.

Future updates beyond that, say Plasma 5.10, if we are able to get them done, would most likely come in the backports ppa.
