Hi there!
I'm not sure this is directly related to Kubuntu itself, but...
I'm using Gimp 2.8.18 and I just can't read these little messages that are automatically displayed when one moves the mouse cursor over a tool (for example). The problem is they appear as white text over very clear grey background and they are semitransparent too.
Does anyone know where could I change their appearance?? It only happens in Gimp; any other program (Dolphin, Gwenview, Firefox... you name it) messages are displayed as white text over black background. Solid, now that I think of it.
I'm lost...
Thanks in advance, guys!!
