My KDE notifications behavior has changed recently on multiple Kubuntu 16.04 installations.
Now, instead of a getting the expected notification, I get a popup in the lower right corner which has the application name and a button which says 'activate'.
It's changed the behavior of my incoming Google hangouts calls by swallowing the notification that I have an incoming hangouts call which I can only find by hitting the notifications button on the task bar.
How do I get back the old behavior which just showed the notification without asking 'activate' permission?
Thanks in advance for any pointers in the right direction.
