Vivaldi Zooming Tabs ?

I wish I could figure out what triggers this.
16.04 Kubuntu 64bit with Vivaldi

Every once in a while while as I am heading up with the mouse to click on one of the tabs, the screen will separate in to small screens (it's tabs) and they will zoom towards each other and then away from each other (on the screen).
I have tried to make it do it by moving my mouse around but it won't.
I keeps zooming until I click on one of the open tabs that are doing the zooming.

Anyone know what's doing this?

I use Vivaldi and haven't encountered this. Sounds like a "feature" that you're accidentally activating. Have you asked over at Vivaldi Forums? I've had good responses there.

Haven't tried Vivaldi Forum yet.

Sounds like a combination of "Desktop Grid" and "Present Windows"
They were both checked, so I unchecked them. We'll see...
