Problems with Apache 2 and the display

I have two monitors and two video cards, one video card is integrated(intel i5-4440)(VGA) and one external(amdradeon r9 270x)(DVI), I connect everything works perfectly but when I install the local Apache2 server, after the restart, the second screen stops working, it simply has the inscription "kubuntu", xrandr also stops seeing the second monitor. I do not understand how it is connected. Please help I do not know what to do. I really need Apache2.

Goto a command window, capture the output of the following command and post here for review:

    sudo lshw | grep -A 20 display

There should be two display sections if both of your video cards are showing up.

    cheers,
