Reduce clutter in Konversation?

Is there a way to remove the channel notifications from Konversation? I want to see the messages but I don't care who has logged off or on, etc. Basically, all the purple messages below:

Based on the color, I guess they're "Command messages"

I'm pretty sure there isn't. Those are controlled by the IRC Server, and ALL IRC channel content is logged. You would have to be able to configure (somehow) the Client application to do what you desire, but I don't believe you can.

That's a bummer. It's basically cruft that you have to scroll through to get to the conversations. :/

I thought you could show / hide status messages in a setting somewhere? I could have sworn there was a setting...maybe that was quassel though...

If it's there I can't find it. In the "Colors" settings the messages in question are listed as "Command message:"

That should do what I want.
