Konqueror always open folder in new window since last update

Hi every body,

My konqueror file manager always open selcted folder in a new window, since one of the last update.
I've checked the rc file but config is ok :
[FMSettings]
AlwaysNewWin=false

do u have any idea about this very annoying bug??

any comments or suggestions are welcome
