Section "System Administration" in System Settings has disappeared after upgrading

After upgrade from 14.04 to 16.04, the "System Settings" no longer has a "System administration" section (User management, Date&Time, Font management, Login Screen, ...)

I was looking to disable the guest login (which I could do in 14.04 using login screen), but actually if I need any of the other functions, where have they gone ?

Disabled the guest login following http://mlkushan.blogspot.be/2016/04/...ble-guest.html .

The system administration items are still there, but moved under different headings.
