No IMAP folders in KMail

Running Kubuntu 16.04 dual boot with Windows 10. Newbie who needs help. I have no IMAP server folders showing in KMail. See this thread:

Suggested fix: use akondai-console. I cannot find, newbie error probably, find/install/use akandoi-console. If (another post suggestion) I need/should enable folders (I assume on the server how do I do this?

Any help would be appreciated.
