I tried to burn the the kubuntu 16.04 LTS to a DVD-R.
I simulated the burning process and things appeared to go well.
I then attempted to burn the iso file to the DVD-R, and it failed.
The DVD-R is now recognised as blank, and the overall message stated: ' error while reading sector 0'.
