Dear All,
As I can no longer access normally to the files of my kubuntu 16.04 because of a black screen, I have to access to them through the window appearing after ctrl-alt-F1. I would like to copy them to an external hdd, but this hdd stays undetected.
I remember that before the black screen surged it was not so easy to detect an external hdd. I had to click on it (or on a file in it) before it appears in the window through which I was saving a file on this hdd.
Now it is impossible to click on it and it is not shown when I write "ls". Please could you help me? :-)
Or alternatively please would you have an idea how I can save my files without KDE?
