shortcut strg-alt-T, the terminal, doesn't work

Hello everybody :-)

The shortcut strg-alt-T is already installed in the shortcut list and should show the terminal, but it doesn't work. Please, what are your experience about it?

Works here - at least CTRL-ALT-t does.

The command opens a new terminal window if you're already in a terminal. It doesn't launch the terminal.
