    how to access the menu on desktop using the fonction "Befehl ausführen" (probably "start a command")?

    yes,,,,,,,,,,if your panel is at the bottom of the screen (default place) then (if widgets are unlocked) click the little wrench icon on the far right side ,,,,,click "more settings" ,,,,,,,,,in the visabilaty section you will see what you are looking for .

    I do not understand the question ,,,,,if you mean something like a "run" dialog box ,,,,,,,then just press alt+f2 ,,,,and a text box will drop down from the top of the screen ,,,,type a program name and as soon as you get 2-4 caricatures in the program will appear in a list click it ,,,,,,,,or if you type in some command like "kdesudo kate /etc/fstab" and hit enter it will execute ,,,,,,,,or click a blank area of the desktop and start typing a program name or command you want to run and hit enter ,,,,,,,
