accessing "help" in the menu on desktop

accessing "help" in the menu on desktop: how to do that?

    #2
Each application has a link to its own help. For KDE applications, the application "helps" are found by executing /usr/bin/khelpcenter.

There is a link to khelpcenter if you look at "edit applications" when you right click the Application Menu. You can edit the Menu by moving the Help link (question mark inside a blue circle) to someplace such as in the System group - that's what I did - or anywhere you wish.
