Can't find the optional "keep above others" button

In Kubuntu 14.04 and earlier you could optionally add a "keep above others" button to all the manus. You just had to choose:
System Settings ==> Workspace Appearance ==> Windows Decorations ==> Configure buttons
All you had to do was drag and drop the "keep above others" button into place. From then on, every menu or program would have that option available as a single click. I'm not finding this in 16.04. I've looked and looked. Is it still there hidden some place?

That did the trick. Thanks! The new procedure is getting saved in my CherryTree file in case I ever need it again.

Excellent! I had no idea that you could put a button on the window to do that. I was right clicking and searching through the window menu every time I wanted that function.
