Connection editor in 16.04

I accidentally deleted the menu bar and task bar in the connection editor window that pops up when clicking on the "Configure network connections ..." button. can anyone help be get them back. thanks in advance.

Press Ctrl+M when the application is running.

Windows no longer obstructs my view.
