Two Displays - Can't get separate outputs

I have two monitors connected to my machine, one VGA, one DVI. Until the last update, going to System Settings -> Hardware -> Display and Monitor -> Display Configuration and clicking on the i button in the lower right, the displays were correctly identified as VGA-0 and DVI-0, and when Unified Output was NOT selected, they would correctly display different windows (as expected). Now clicking the i button, both displays are identified as DVI-0 and the same windows are displayed on both screens ( ie behaves as if Unified Output is selected).

Is this a bug, or m I missing something?

Programmers, with their inbuilt sense of order and discipline should really be running the world.

Try shut down, unplug vga, boot, shut down, plug back in, boot.

    Which OS?
    KDE neon LTS 5.12
