If like me you install updates and then can't use Amarok because of mysql errors (database missing etc) then here's a temporary fix until it's sorted out properly.
Uninstall amarok, amarok-common, amarok-utils then download:
for 64bit
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source...ntu7_amd64.deb
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source...buntu7_all.deb
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source...ntu7_amd64.deb
for 32bit
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source...untu7_i386.deb
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source...untu7_i386.deb
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source...buntu7_all.deb
Install those and it's working again.
