I have logitech usb web cam.
In system settings - digital camera:

The shared library was not found.

Camera was working fine on 14.04, same computer.

That section is for actual digital cameras, not webcams. it is still a bug though I do not believe it affects things for this device.. You need a tool such as kamoso or cheese or guvcview to mess around with these if you don't have something like Skype or Viber or use Google Hangouts or something similar. Most if not all Logitech webcams work with Linux out of the box. Which one is yours?

Thanks. I installed kamoso and it is working. I don't know which is the model, it is some old (but good) logitech webcam.
