Dolphin In Wiley no right click zip or rar

Well, this was just kinda strange.....

I've never been "wound up" about having a multiplicity of right click functions, but well......extract, zip, rar, etc. were always there but........ not in the Wiley version of Dolphin.

    ....... kind of curious...

    But a NEW thing!!

In Dolphin go to preferences/services and there is a big honkin' button at the bottom of the window to "install new services"!

Kind of like installing new backgrounds/wallpapers in destkop settings!

The if one enters "rar" or "zip" one gets a "KDE services thingy" that is by a fellow named geobarrod

I didn't choose to download it and did a search and came up with this command in terminal:

    sudo ln -s /usr/share/kde4/servicetypes/konqpopupmenuplugin.desktop /usr/share/kservicetypes5/

    From this webpage

    http://www.linuxgnut.com/dolphin-ext...n-kubuntu-1510

    Here is Sourceforge:

    file:///home/james/.cache/kioexec/krun/20437_0_

    I elected to use terminal.

After that a multitude of commands are now on right click including compress and extract.

    So.....different.... lol

    any comments appreciated
