I "could" have put this with the other thread but I really DO think that it merits a standalone.
Wiley 15.10 found my HP OfficeJet 6600 ............automatically, with the correct driver.
I did not even go to printer setup. I saved some text to a document and without thinking just went to print...
and there it was............really...........no setup..........just worked.
NOW THAT is a great thing in terms of attracting new people from Windblows and should be SHOUTED to the rooftops.
GOOD WORK DEVS, whether Kubuntu or KDE or Ubuntu....some or all deserve a great big high five!!
