Desktop doesnt load correctly

Hello,
I just installed kubuntu 15.10 (64bit) on my computer (i5 4570, amd r9 280, 8gb ram, asrock b85 pro4). Now, after logging in and the desktop has loaded, I get this screen:
As you can see the taskbar hasnt completely loaded. Besides I cant click anything, even a rigth click has no effect. After about half a minute the taskbar suddenly loads correctly and I can use kubuntu just normally.
Is there a way to fix this? I already checked the checksum of the iso, so thats not the source.

He rebooted few times and it fixed itself.

If you want rock solid experience I advice you to install 14.04.3.

This is part of the Bluetooth Service issue. If you give it a bit it will load, I had this issue too until I disabled bluetooth.

Hum ? can't find the suggested steps to disable bluetooth on the linked thread (possibly me being blind/incompetent/stupid/etc)........
