Hi,

What happened to PictureFrame widget?




This widget does not appear in the list of Plasma widgets.

That's one of the widgets that hasn't (as yet) been ported to Plasma5. It may appear in version 5.4 or 5.5 (if it ever does get ported to plasma5). It is one of the reasons why I'm sticking with plasma4 at this time.
