Taskbar hangs

This is happening to me more and more often. The taskbar does nothing. I can neither open the start button nor change activities. The taskbar is just dead.

Among other things, it is impossible to open a konsole or reboot.

Is there a shortcut key for the start button?

All the windows I manage to open beforehand work just fine.

What can this be?

Have you thought about downgrading to plasma4?

Can you press ctrl-alt-f1 to get console login? If you can, perhaps someone on plasma 5 can tell the command to restart what needs to be restarted.
