Sudden font rendering problem [until reboot]
Hi,
I experienced this strange problem several times after my upgrade to Plasma 5 and Kubuntu 15.04. Suddenly I experience this:
Some characters - even common ones like "v", "e", "l" etc. are not displayed and there are some gray spaces. Also when I switch to another app like Firefox I get the same problem there with some slight delay. I did not find any other solution than rebooting the machine.
I also faced something like slow rendering - I have for example opened few apps like Firefox, Konqueror and Thunderbird and when I want to maximize Thunderbird it shows me window partially covered with blank space which shows me the window underneath it on mouse hover.
any ideas what can cause this? System load seems not to be extremely high (no loud fan noise from laptop) at that time.
