I'm running Kmail 4.4.16 under Kubuntu 15.04. Generally the folder list is sorted in a case-insensitive manner, which is what I expect. But I found one context in which that does not seem to be happening. If I go into the settings for sending messages, then try to modify them, then go to the Advanced section and try to set the Destination folder, the possible folders are listed with the uppercase ones all ahead of the lowercase ones. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
