I recently upgraded to 15.04 (from 14.10) and session switching seems to be broken - or maybe it's the screen lock?
My first session (my login) starts fine. And I can start a 2nd session for the kids, but when I try and switch back to my session, the screen flips and blinks and is totally garbled - see this image: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0...UdCZk9Ca0RGbkE it flickers a lot but is totally garbled.
This happens regardless of how I switch sessions (with lock screen functionality or with Ctrl-Alt-F#).
I just noticed that if I use the KDE Menu and run Leave->Switch User, it will sometimes let me switch back and forth, but as soon as the lock screen is involved, it gets corrupted. However, the screen lock greeter is corrupted still - missing text (my username) or letters (in the middle of "Monday"): https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0...XhWRmhxUlhfWFE
I have an Nvidia GPU (NVIDIA Corporation GM107 [GeForce GTX 750 Ti] (rev a2)), with two monitors (in is 1920x1080, the other is 1600x900). I've tried all the Nvidia drivers and they all behave the same.
Does anyone have any idea of other things I can try? Any know bugs in kscreenlock_greeter?
Thanks
