Can't resize launcher icons

Hi

I'm a new Kubuntu user and I'm having some issues regarding launcher Icons.

I was able to add it to my panel, but they are too small. Ho can I resize then?



Any help will be much appreciated

Had this happen. When I resized the panel, theybecame the same size as everything else. Not sure why it happened
