widgets porting schedule

Is there any schedule according to which widgets are ported to Plasma 5? I see that not all are available and I am not sure if they will be or they are abandoned.

I hope to have specifically: bookmarks and spell check working for 16.04. I am not sure if I should ask (politely) developers not to delay porting them or just wait patiently.

Is there an assigned group in KDE team that port widgets or for each widget its own developer ports her/his widget?
