Touchscreen problems in Plasma 5

Hi,

I have just installed Kubuntu 15.04 and I have problems with touchscreen. When I tap anywhere in plasma deskop or panel, tap is always recognised as tap in lower right corner of tapped plasma widget (panel, menu, etc.) independently on place where I tap. Taps in regular applications (windowed) are recognised and interpreted correctly. I had no problems with Plasma 4 running on Debian Jessie. Is there anything I can do to solve this issue, or should I submit bug report (I am afraid, it wouldn't be read).
