Flash notification every boot

I have neither Flash nor Firefox installed on my machine, yet every boot I receive a notification trying to help me install Flash to improve Firefox.

Can this be made to go away? To remember my choice to ignore it of at least check if I have FF installed?

You can selectively turn some of these off in System Settings, Notifications, Other Notifications.

Flash may be covered by the "Restricted codec availability".
