How to place icons on the panel?

Not been with Kubuntu for a while. For sometime, I've been using Kubuntu Vivid. Pretty nice and pretty fast.
I have 2 questions;
1) How to place icons on the panel as it was in KDE4,
2) How to change Breeze in Look & Feel?

I am very pleased with Kubuntu Vivid.

Same way as with...

1) How to place icons on the panel as it was in KDE4

- Drag&drop from the KDE Menu - at here the tricky part is to find an empty space.
- Start an application and right click the task manager icon - pick the 'Show The Launcher When Not Running'

2) How to change Breeze in Look & Feel?

What do you mean ?

Only Breeze is there. I'll have to wait, I suppose.
