Dear All,
I have been testing Kubuntu 15.04 with Plasma 2 on the Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro with a screen resolution of 3200x1800. I followed the usual suggestions:
- I increased the DPI of the fonts to 192 (that is: 96x2)
- Increased the panel size. Everything scaled correctly.
and I have to say it works really fine.
There are only a few things left:
- Icons are very small. The suggestion was to increase icon size, but it turns out that I cannot do that. In systemsettings, I go to Icons, advanced, but the icon size setting is grayed out.... I am using the default Breeze theme....
- Scrollbars are very small. Again, the suggestion was to increase the size. However, if I go to Application Style, Widget Style, configure there is no configuration option with the scrollbar.
Also I used a DPI of 192 because I usually set the scaling in Gnome to 2, but does anyone know if a better value might be more suited to the Yoga 2 Pro
Thanks for your help
