Kate - automatically fold top-level nodes?

Hello,

Does anyone know of a hidden CLI switch or config setting for Kate that can automatically fold all top-level nodes when a document is opened?

Preferably a CLI switch as I only want to to fold top-level nodes for shell scripts. This would do the same thing as <CTRL>+<SHIFT>+<->
