I tried to remove '/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kcontrol/windowbehaviour/index.cache.bz2' but that did not solve the problem

Any ideas ow to fix ?

not 100% sure, but could u uninstall it before update?
it seems to me that the error is trying to replace an existing file which is shared with the two versions?
