kubuntu 14.10 plasma 5 upgradeable?

Hey all,
I was just wondering that if I installed Kubuntu 14.10 plasma 5 beta, would i be able to upgrade later into the main release cycle? Or is kubuntu 14.10 plasma 5 beta strictly for previewing purposes?
