    Kodi on kubuntu 14.04

    this is wierd as heck the kodi install for 17... latest stable release looks better but most importantly kodi for 14.0.4 doesn't seem to find all the eppisodes of some tv shows i have on my smb server has any one got any ideas how to fix this?

    never mind i installed a different scraper and it sorted it out, but is there a way to update the kodi app itself to its newest incarnation?

      What point release of 14.04 are you running? Only 14.04.5 is still being supported.
      Windows no longer obstructs my view.

          As you are using 14.04.4; an EOL release and no longer supported; and that you found a solution that works for you, I'm closing this thread.

          Please give serious concideration to installing a newer Kubuntu that is still being supported.
