Additional Language Support Needed?

I hope this is the right place to ask this question.

I'm running Kubuntu 14.04. Recently when I boot up I've been getting an message saying something like additional language support is needed and it ask me to install it. I have done that several times but I still get the same error the next time I boot up.

Can somebody please tell me how to fix this please?

In System Settings > Locale, what is your Country (first tab) and what Languages do you have (second box on second tab)?
