    Toggle Panel visibility

I'm looking for a quick way to toggle the panel between Auto-Hide and Always-Visible.

I prefer to have it visible but my monitor has got a vertical resolution of only 768 and some applications just does not fit in well (IDEs, Gimp, some web pages)

I normally lock my widgets so this needs to work without unlocking!

Anything that is quicker than "Right-click Desktop, Unlock Widgets, Right-click Panel, Panel Options, Panel Settings, More Settings, Select a Mode, Close the Panel Settings, Right-click Desktop, Lock Widgets" (10 clicks) would be an improvement.
